Buying machinery on RevoTrader is a clear, structured, and secure process.
Follow the steps below to participate in auctions or purchase machinery using the Buy Now option.
Step 1 – Registration & Verification
To buy on RevoTrader, you must create a user account and undergo a vetting process.
- Provide accurate personal or company details for **manual approval** by our team
- Use a valid email address and contact number for account security
- Verified accounts gain full access to bidding and technical inspection documents
Step 2 – Choose Machinery
Browse our listings of tractors, construction, agricultural, and industrial equipment.
- Review our **expert mechanical inspection reports** and high-resolution galleries
- Check auction end times, reserve prices, or “Buy Now” availability
- Contact us if you need technical clarification before the auction ends
Step 3 – Place a Bid or Buy Now
- All bids are **legally binding** and cannot be withdrawn once placed
- Anti-Sniping: Bids in the last 5 minutes extend the auction by another 5 minutes
- Using the Buy Now option creates an immediate legal obligation to purchase
Step 4 – Winning the Auction
If you place the highest bid that meets the reserve price, you are declared the winner.
- You will receive payment instructions by email immediately after the auction
- Second Chance: If the winner fails to pay within **48 hours**, the next highest bidder (above reserve) will be contacted
Step 5 – Payment & Escrow
- Secure Escrow: Payments are held by Revotrader and only released after delivery
- Security Deposit: A down payment may be accepted to secure the unit while the full balance is processed
- All payments are via bank transfer; ownership transfers after full confirmation
Step 6 – Delivery & 72h Testing Window
- Logistics: We can arrange cross-border transport or you can collect the machinery
- Testing window: You have 72 hours upon arrival to verify the unit matches the inspection report
- Major undisclosed defects found in this window are the seller’s responsibility
Inspections, Visits & Buyer Protection
At Revotrader, we replace the uncertainty of traditional visits with professional mechanical transparency.
- Expert Verification: Our team has already performed a thorough mechanical inspection, verified all ownership documents, and photographed every identified defect to ensure the listing is 100% accurate.
- The 72h Guarantee: Because this is an auction, physical visits are only possible after payment is secured in Escrow. However, your money is protected: you have a 72-hour window upon delivery to test the machine.
- Refund Policy: If you find a major undisclosed defect—one not mentioned in our initial inspection—before signing the Reception Document, the seller is legally obligated to repair it or manage a full return and refund.
Legal & Escrow Framework
All purchases made through RevoTrader are governed by the laws of Hungary and European Union regulations. Buyers and sellers are responsible for complying with cross-border trade rules.
To guarantee maximum financial security for all international transactions, Revotrader processes escrow payments in cooperation with our network of verified financial partners. Depending on the logistics and region of the transaction, secure custody services may be administered by or in conjunction with Joblink System Kft. Under this framework, your funds are safely held in a dedicated corporate account under strict European Union financial regulations until the auction process and document verification are fully completed.
