Buying machinery on RevoTrader is a clear, structured, and secure process.
Follow the steps below to participate in auctions or purchase machinery using the Buy Now option.

Step 1 – Registration

To buy on RevoTrader, you must create a user account.

• Provide accurate personal or company details
• Use a valid email address and contact number
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date

Step 2 – Choose Machinery

Browse our listings of tractors, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and industrial assets.

• Review descriptions, photos, and auction details carefully
• Check auction end times or Buy Now availability
• Ask questions before bidding if clarification is needed

Step 3 – Place a Bid or Buy Now

• All bids are legally binding
• Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed
• Using the Buy Now option creates an immediate obligation to purchase

Step 4 – Winning the Auction

If you place the highest bid when the auction ends, you are declared the winner.

• You will receive payment instructions by email
• Failure to complete the purchase may result in account suspension or legal action

Step 5 – Payment

• All payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer
• Cash, card payments, or cryptocurrency are not accepted
• Payment must be completed within the specified deadline
• Ownership transfers only after full payment confirmation

Step 6 – Delivery or Pickup

• RevoTrader can arrange transportation and logistics across Europe
• Buyers may also collect machinery themselves after payment
• Transport costs are calculated separately unless stated otherwise

Inspections & Visits

• No free inspections or visits are offered
• Visits are possible only after payment or a paid reservation
• This policy ensures serious buyers and efficient transactions

Legal Framework

All purchases made through RevoTrader are governed by the laws of Hungary.
Buyers and sellers are fully responsible for complying with applicable Hungarian and EU regulations.
