2. Definitions

• Platform means the website and services operated under the RevoTrader brand.
• User means any person or entity visiting, registering, bidding, buying, or requesting rentals.
• Seller means a party listing equipment for auction or sale.
• Buyer means a party placing bids, using Buy Now, or purchasing equipment.
• Buy Now means a fixed-price option creating an immediate purchase obligation.

3. Scope of Services

RevoTrader provides an online platform facilitating machinery auctions, direct purchases (Buy Now), rental inquiries, and logistics coordination across Europe. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, RevoTrader acts as an intermediary enabling transactions between buyers and sellers and supporting related operational steps.

RevoTrader may, at its discretion, verify listings, request additional documentation, and remove or edit content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or platform rules.

4. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Users must have legal capacity to enter binding contracts.
• Business users confirm they are properly registered and authorized to trade.
• RevoTrader may request identity or company verification before allowing bidding or purchases.

5. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and restricting access to your account.
• All activities under your account are deemed performed by you.
• You must immediately notify RevoTrader if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend accounts to protect the platform, users, or legal compliance.

6. Listings, Descriptions & Availability

• Listings may include descriptions, photos, documents, and condition notes provided by sellers or partners.
• While we strive for accuracy, equipment details may contain errors or omissions.
• Availability can change; RevoTrader may remove or correct listings when necessary.
• Users are responsible for reviewing listing information and requesting clarification before bidding.

7. Auctions & Bidding Rules

• All bids are legally binding. Do not bid unless you intend to purchase.
• Bids cannot be withdrawn, reversed, or reduced after placement.
• The highest bid at the time of auction close is the winning bid, unless the auction is cancelled under these terms.
• RevoTrader may extend, pause, or end an auction early if required due to technical errors, suspected fraud, or legal concerns.
• Any attempt to manipulate auctions (fake bidding, collusion, interference) may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

8. Buy Now

• If a listing offers Buy Now, selecting it creates an immediate, binding purchase obligation.
• Buy Now may become unavailable at any time (e.g., if the item is sold, reserved, or the listing is updated).
• RevoTrader may cancel a Buy Now transaction only in case of pricing errors, fraud, or legal requirements.

9. Payment Terms

• Payment instructions are provided after winning an auction or completing a Buy Now purchase.
• Payment must be received within the deadline specified in the payment instructions.
• If payment is not received on time, RevoTrader may cancel the sale, relist the item, suspend the account, and/or seek compensation where permitted by law.
• Ownership and release of equipment occur only after full payment confirmation.
• Any bank fees (sender/intermediary/recipient) are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise.

10. Invoices & Documentation

• Invoices and transaction documents may be issued electronically.
• Business users are responsible for providing correct billing details and VAT information.
• If VAT applies, it will be handled according to relevant Hungarian and EU rules based on the transaction type and buyer status.

11. Inspections, Visits & Due Diligence

• Equipment may be sold as used machinery; visible wear and operational differences are normal.
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details and requesting clarification before bidding.
• Unless explicitly stated, equipment is sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis to the extent permitted by law.

12. Delivery, Pickup & Risk Transfer

• RevoTrader can assist with transport and logistics across Europe upon request.
• Delivery/pickup details must be scheduled after payment confirmation.
• Transport costs are billed separately unless explicitly included in writing.
• Risk transfers according to the agreed delivery/pickup method and applicable law; the buyer must ensure proper loading/unloading arrangements where required.

13. Rental Services

RevoTrader may facilitate rental inquiries for machinery across Hungary and other regions. Rentals are subject to availability and may involve third-party owners or partners.

• Rental pricing, deposit requirements, and rental periods depend on the equipment and location.
• Specific rental terms will be provided in a separate rental agreement or offer.
• Transport/logistics for rentals may be arranged upon request and billed separately unless included.

14. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, identity misuse, or providing false documents
• Bid manipulation, collusion, fake bidding, or interference
• Attempting to bypass platform processes or payment rules
• Uploading illegal, infringing, or harmful content

15. Limitation of Liability

• RevoTrader does not guarantee continuous availability of the website or auction functionality.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevoTrader is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• RevoTrader is not responsible for third-party actions (e.g., carrier delays, seller errors) beyond its control.

16. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written permission from RevoTrader, except where legally allowed.

17. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy and applicable GDPR requirements. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood those policies.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary.
• Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Hungary, unless mandatory EU consumer protections require otherwise.

19. Changes to These Terms

RevoTrader reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates become effective when published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
